Requirements
- Post-sales client relationship management
- Owning client queries and delegating to internal teams
- Understanding clients' needs and liaising with internal teams and third-party service providers
- Reviewing own service performance and achieving excellent results in client satisfaction surveys
- Handling client complaints and coordinating the onboarding of clients and client change activities
- Facilitating diagnosis of complex client service issues and driving continuous improvement in BlackRock's service offering
