RFP and DDQ, Asset Management, Associate

The RFP / DDQ Team is responsible for end-to-end coordination and drafting of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) to support new and existing business opportunities for Institutional and Wealth clients.

Requirements

• Managing and writing DDQ / RFP responses
• Complete client due diligence questionnaires
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of DDQs
• Perform peer reviews
• Maintain and enhance content in the RFP knowledge library
• Manage workload successfully
• Proactively communicate potential issues
• Contributing to the evolution of RFP / DDQ processes
