Transactions Operations and Client Relationship Specialist, Analyst/Associate

The Transactions Operations and Client Relationship Specialist, Analyst/Associate role is responsible for providing world-class expertise in the collection and validation of investment data for investors in alternative assets. The position involves working with financial data, reconciling cash positions, and maintaining daily communication with fund managers and clients. The role requires strong customer service and data management expertise, as well as excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education
• Minimum of 2 years` relevant professional experience in financial administration, financial securities, finance or audit - preferably within a multinational environment
• Strong customer service and data management expertise, with a passion for delivering service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EU languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage
