.NET Team Lead

BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced.NET Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in.NET development with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET
• Proven experience in a leadership role or as a team lead
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency with database technologies, especially SQL Server
• Experience with RESTful services and modern web development frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS, is a plus
