QA Team Lead (Software Testing)

A QA team lead is responsible for assessing services and products to ensure quality standards are met, developing and implementing test plans, and leading a team to establish best practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Professional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL ISTQB-CTAL
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Familiarity with testing phases and approaches
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
