Job Description
Blackstone is seeking highly motivated and intelligent individuals with 2+ years of Investment Banking or Private Equity experience to join their team as an Associate. The successful candidate will perform screening of attractive markets and companies, prepare due diligence packs, conduct interviews, and perform financial analyses.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ of Investment Banking or Private Equity related experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, develop recommendations, and make decisions
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter
- An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
