Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a Principal to join its Credit Team, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across the capital structure. The successful candidate will lead investment sourcing and underwriting, monitor existing investments, and communicate with external partners and other BXMA teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, credit trading, investment management, etc.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mentality
- Strong communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
