Job Description
Blackstone is seeking an Investor Services Real Estate Fund Operations Associate to join their team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as an investor servicing close specialist for Blackstone's Real Estate Exchange fund, managing the pre-close lifecycle tasks, and providing ongoing investor servicing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial industry experience
- Proficient understanding in alternative investments, prior real estate experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook and Excel
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic; works efficiently while managing competing priorities including long-term projects and ad hoc requests
