Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS) Valuations and Investment Modeling, AVP

The Financial Reporting Team provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis on behalf of the BREDS investment vehicles. The AVP will coordinate the quarterly valuation process, execute valuation control framework, and maintain fund models to facilitate long-term financial projections for investors and senior management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of experience
• Advanced Excel / modeling skills required; experience with valuation or forecasting required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
