Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 12+ years of experience in fund operations, public accounting, fund accounting, or corporate finance
• Proven leadership and people management skills with a track record of process improvement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills; builds strong professional relationships across levels, functions, and geographies
