Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to join their Internal Audit team as an Associate. The role will involve performing risk-based audits and reviews of key operational processes and controls across Blackstone's global businesses, products, regions, and enterprise functions.
Requirements
- Perform risk-based audits and reviews of key operational processes and controls
- Identify and evaluate key operational controls, including testing for design and operating effectiveness
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the firm
- Assist in the annual risk assessment process and contribute to the development of the annual audit plan
- Support in the development and management of the global internal audit risk assessment framework
