Requirements

• Evaluate and execute real estate related investments/corporate buyout opportunities in Asia-Pacific, with focus in Japan
• Perform market research and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities in different real estate sectors
• Act as point person for acquisitions, work with senior management and coordinate analyst responsibilities
• Perform extensive due diligence on each transaction
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for Blackstone's Real Estate Private Equity Group's investment committee
• Participate in execution of transactions, including negotiations of contracts and agreements with sellers and financing banks
• Participate in both internal and external client meetings
• Assist asset managers in managing current investments
