Job Description
Blackstone is seeking an Associate to join the BREIT (Strategy & Management) team. The successful candidate will provide analytical support and execution across key strategic initiatives for the fund and its investments. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of BREIT and involves collaborating with various functions across Real Estate, including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Shareholder Relations and Finance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic record
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Investing or Investment Banking
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with dynamic responsibilities and direct exposure to senior management
