Real Estate – Shareholder Relations, Senior Associate

Blackstone is seeking an experienced professional to support various investor relations functions across Blackstone Real Estate’s public and private investment vehicles. The successful candidate will articulate strategy, financial results, growth opportunities, and business initiatives to current and potential shareholders and equity research analysts, and develop and execute shareholder targeting strategies. Responsibilities will also include managing regular interface with research analysts, preparing materials for quarterly earnings, tracking key industry developments, and assisting with firm-wide projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years' relevant experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or equity research
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of the REIT industry preferred
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Effectively multi-tasks, prioritizes competing responsibilities, and manages deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (inc. financial modeling and complex formula construction)
• Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity
