Blackstone's People Analytics team is seeking a Reporting & Insights, Associate to work directly with clients and develop production solutions using data science and analytics to optimize the firm's workforce.

Requirements

• Serve as an analytics partner to several functions in HR and external business units
• Design, build, and deliver effective Tableau dashboards
• Create and deliver concise and effective executive-level presentations
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and develop recommendations
