Treasury - Risk Solutions, Analyst/ Associate

Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated and intelligent individual to join the Risk Solutions group as a Treasury - Risk Solutions Analyst/Associate. The role involves analysis, execution, and portfolio management for risk management initiatives across Blackstone's corporate balance sheet and multiple business lines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Prior experience in derivatives, capital markets, or structured finance is preferred
• Highly analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables and meeting demanding deadlines
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Highly self-motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, proactive and takes initiative
• Ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly
• Relationship building skills with internal and external counterparties
• Strong work ethic, genuine passion for excellence, personal and professional integrity
• Highly proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and Word, experience with Tableau VBA, Python or other programming languages is a plus
