Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a Finance Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on open-ended private equity funds. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, partnering with internal and external teams, and assisting with SEC filings.
Requirements
- BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
- CPA license preferred
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience with public companies, open-ended funds, private equity, and/or retail funds preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and possesses a strong work ethic
- Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
