Job Description
Blackstone is seeking a Cloud Platforms Engineer, VP - Data, Cloud & Developer Experience to deliver the firm's next-generation public cloud platform, enabling application teams to securely build, deploy, and operate critical workloads at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or similar individual contributor role
- Strong software development skills in Python or C#
- Experience building and operating platform capabilities as products
- Deep, hands-on experience with Terraform
- Experience operating public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) in production environments
- Experience designing, owning, and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and platform reliability and resiliency principles
