Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in international tax, with a focus on private equity transactions
• Strong technical expertise in European corporate tax regimes, cross-border structuring, and M&A tax considerations
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional tax projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
