Job Description
The Senior Vice President, Head of Global Corporate Services (GCS) for EMEA will lead the delivery of corporate real estate, workplace services, facilities management, capital projects, sustainability, and workplace experience across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior global corporate services or corporate real estate leadership roles
- Strong background in capital project delivery, facilities management, workplace strategy and hospitality
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-country operations within EMEA
- Proven ability to partner with and manage outsourced service models
- Strong commercial acumen, including vendor negotiation and performance management
