Legal & Compliance - Infrastructure - Compliance Attorney, AVP

Blackstone is seeking a Compliance Attorney, Assistant Vice President to join its Legal & Compliance team to provide support for the firm's Infrastructure business. The Assistant Vice President will work closely with a Senior Vice President and the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the compliance function continues to deliver excellent service and support for investment, client service, finance, and portfolio operations teams.

Requirements

• An attorney with 3+ years of experience at a law firm and/or as a compliance professional
• Familiarity with SEC and CFTC registration process, and federal, state and international securities laws
• Strong organizational skills, writing ability, and interpersonal communications skills
