Private Wealth - Investor Services, Associate

Blackstone is seeking an Investor Services Associate to join their Private Wealth team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will drive fund onboarding and provide daily client servicing to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Drive fund onboarding firm-wide working group as a project manager
• Setup and ensure the operational services delivered to clients and internal/external business partners
• Daily client servicing to Operational/Product oversight functions at Distributors, Sub-advisory partners, and Fund administrators
• Troubleshoot issues with minimum oversight
• Plan and execute task transition initiative
• Support senior team members to maintain team's high performance
