Job Description
Blackstone seeks a Product Strategy Analyst/Associate to support the development of products for high-net worth investors in Japan. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in fund structuring, regulations, and product development, with a deep knowledge of alternative funds and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
- Deep knowledge of fund structuring and regulations
- Relevant product development experience in asset management industry
- Knowledge of alternative funds and strategies
- A high level of attention to detail
- Fluent in Japanese with business-level proficiency in English
- Great presentation skills
- A desire to work in a team environment, often against competing deadlines
- Experience in project management and if the experience is across global/NY-based teams
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
