Real Estate Finance – Assistant Vice President, Singapore

Blackstone is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Real Estate Finance in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage fund level liquidity projection, coordinate with NY funds team, and provide analytical insights to senior management and investors. Responsibilities also include ongoing investment limitation monitoring, fund level regulatory compliance, and quarterly valuation process coordination. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience, knowledge of real estate and accounting, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Requirements

• Manage fund level liquidity projection, fund capital reserves and related reporting to senior management
• Manage and coordinate with NY funds team on all fund level capital activities and related reporting
• Provide analytical insights and perform ongoing/ad-hoc analysis on various fund related metrics to senior management and/or investors
• Coordination and managing the quarterly valuation process
• Ongoing investment limitation monitoring for deal flows
• Ongoing fund level regulatory compliance monitoring
• Liaise with accounting service provider and BX stakeholders on fund related matters
• Consolidate property-level information from various source systems and/or portfolio companies and provide critical analysis
• Liaise with portfolio companies and BX stakeholders to prepare quarterly investor templates
• Participate in technology and process improvement initiatives
• Other ad hoc tasks/projects
