Blackstone is seeking a Software Engineering Manager, SVP ā AI Platform Development to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of the AI Platform that supports Blackstoneās development efforts.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong command of Python, C#, Typescript and relevant technologies
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring teams of software engineers and technical professionals
- Strong technical background in cloud native architectures (AWS + Azure), distributed systems, and shared services
- Deep understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices
- Demonstrated product mindset for internal platforms and developer enablement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive results
