Development and industrialization of advanced composite components for aerospace applications, with a focus on lightweight solutions. Industrialization of manufacturing processes from prototype to serial production, with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.
• Initial professional experience in manufacturing processes, especially winding or lightweight construction with experience with composite materials.
• Strong team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and departments.
• Excellent hands-on skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• Creative, curious, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of lightweight engineering.
