Job Description
As the Team Lead Product Engineer at Blackwave, you build and lead the team that turns product concepts into real hardware, guiding engineers developing advanced composite space tanks, and translating company and department goals into clear team priorities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience working with advanced composites or high-pressure tanks in an industrial environment
- First leadership experience, coordinating or managing a small team
- Hands-on engineer with a strong sense of ownership and a structured way of working
- Cross-functional collaborator with the ability to work with different teams across the organization
- Growth mindset and desire to grow into a stronger engineering leader
- Language Skills: English at least C1 level is required, German skills are a plus
