HR Generalist/Supervisor assists in talent acquisition, administers compensation and benefit plans, and provides support to employees in various HR-related topics. Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Requirements
- Preferably with four (4) year degree in Psychology or bachelor’s degree in areas such as human resource management, human resource administration, organizational development, business administration or a related field required.
- 5 years working experience as an HR Generalist.
- At least 1 year experience in the following areas: office administration & general services, recruitment, C&B, human resource planning, org dev, performance management, labor relations
