As an Operations Supervisor (Chemical Engineer), you will oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, safety practices, and quality systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
