Job Description
Blake & Pendleton is seeking Field Service Technicians to perform field support activities for customers in various industries, including manufacturing, utility, and forestry. The role involves start-up, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of air compressors, requiring strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of company equipment and customer operations. The position reports to the Service Manager.
Requirements
- Electrical/mechanical industrial experience
- Knowledge of customer equipment operations and blueprints
- Troubleshooting air compressor components
- Multimeter, amp meter, vibration, and infrared meter proficiency
- Safe performance of hydraulic/pneumatic principles
- Proper use of hand tools and power tools
- EPA certifications (Freon experience a plus)
