Job Description
Blank Street is seeking a Barista to join their team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high-quality coffee shop environment. The role requires a friendly, team player with a passion for creating delicious beverages and a dedication to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, adept at time management, and possess a proactive approach to learning.
Requirements
- Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
- Availability to work 2 peak days per week
- Full and complete knowledge and adherence to product, service, and brand training playbooks
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays preferred
- Must be authorised to work in the UK
- Availability meets the needs of the cafes
- Must be a Part-Time (24 hours/week) or Full-Time (35 hrs/week) position
