Requirements
- Proven experience leading global sales, business development, and/or commercial strategy
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and portfolio diversification
- Strong ability to build and scale high-performing commercial teams
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and partners
- High level of commercial acumen, including margin management and forecasting
- Ability to operate as an Integrator, aligning multiple functions toward shared outcomes
