Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory management within the wholesale/food export industry
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to make data-driven decisions under uncertainty
• Experience managing forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination
• Demonstrated ability to own and resolve complex supply chain issues
• Strong systems mindset with experience improving processes and tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams
• Strong communication, organization, and accountabilities
