Job Description
Lead Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, craft, and subs; set direction and coach; plan/schedule labor, equipment, materials, and subs to hit productivity and cost targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years supervising self-perform civil/grading crews (earthwork, grading, roads, drainage, foundations)
- Strong safety leadership (OSHA/site rules, JHAs, cranes/lifts, DOT/telehandlers, incident management)
- Proven field planning and cost/schedule control across labor, equipment, materials, and subs
- QA/QC execution experience; ability to read specs/drawings and align work to the plan
