Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager leads safety and quality initiatives, develops and manages owner contracts and subcontracts, and travels to jobsites (minimum 50% required travel).

Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M
• Exceptional customer and client relation skills
• Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring
• Contract and subcontract development and management experience
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
