Job Description
Manage teams of self-perform crews and subcontractors, track project costs and schedule, ensure overall safety, troubleshoot issues, and provide coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.
Requirements
- Self-perform Substation/Collection/Transmission construction experience up to 345kV
- 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
- Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
- Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
- Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field
