Job Description
Quion is seeking a Client Change Manager Risk & Compliance to oversee requests from lenders, focusing on Risk & Compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate client wishes, translate requests, and ensure compliance with SLAs and frameworks.
Requirements
- Dutch HBO work and thinking level, with relevant diplomas
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience at a financial service provider
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage market
- Experience with the Lean method and tools in client-oriented processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
