Senior Contractmanager

Quion is looking for a Senior Contract Manager to manage the entire supplier cycle, including intake, evaluation, decision-making, run-assurance, and exit, in a strongly regulated financial environment. The role requires experience in contract management, supplier management, or outsourcing within a regulated environment, with demonstrable knowledge of financial regulations and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• 6+ years of experience in contract management, supplier management, or outsourcing within a regulated environment
• Demonstrable experience with Third-Party Management, supplier classification, and risk-driven due diligence
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI design, contract risks, and supplier compliance
• Experience with audits and control testing (ISAE 3402, ISO, SOC2) and follow-up of findings
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial regulations such as DORA and NIS2
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
