Senior Full Stack Engineer

Blaze is building a marketing tool for teams to produce on-brand content in half the time and grow their businesses faster. We're looking for a senior full stack engineer with strong Rails and Javascript experience to join our team.

Requirements

• 5+ years full stack experience building great products, ideally in Ruby on Rails and React
• Ability to work across the stack, whether it's expanding our API or enhancing the frontend
• Ability to craft a devastating SQL query to save the day when all else fails
• Consistent track record of writing clean, well-thought-out code
• Comprehensive test suites in a test-driven environment
• Experience working with LLM models before like GPT or Claude
• Top communications skills, specifically around articulating technical problems
• Desire to move faster than expected and prioritize speed over scope
• Hunger to build a world-changing product and engineering culture
• Excited about AI as a new frontier and eager to make an impact there
