As a Product Manager, you will be the champion of our customers experience across our desktop and mobile interfaces. You'll interact both cross-functionally with other teams at Blaze as well as externally with our customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product experience in end-user facing and/or platform products
- Strong focus on user experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations
- Domain knowledge in productivity, AI, creative, or marketing tools
- An detail-oriented obsession over product quality, specifically an intuition for high-performing, ergonomic and long-lasting design
- Deep customer empathy, with a natural ability to put yourself in the shoes of our users and intuit what would be a great experience for them
- Brilliant, structured written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems and specific solutions to them
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the hard skills to get the data you need from a nascent system to answer your questions
- A high-output, iterative approach to solving customer problems from first principles
- A passion for being a generalist, and a desire for ownership and responsibility
