Producer (Games Team)

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated Producer to join our games team in Glasgow. As a key member of our studio, you will oversee the production process, manage timelines, facilitate communication, and ensure our projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Producer in the video game industry or similar creative industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines, from concept to release, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., artists, designers, engineers).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for keeping teams informed, engaged, and motivated.
• A proactive problem-solver with a creative approach to keeping projects on track.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira (or similar) and familiarity with game development engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• A genuine passion for video games and an understanding of game culture and trends.
