Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Studio Operations Manager to join Blazing Griffin Games in Glasgow. The role involves supporting the team, solving day-to-day challenges, and making sure the studio operates smoothly across HR, finance, IT, facilities, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience in an operations, studio management, office management, or similar business support role
- Proven experience managing a range of responsibilities across areas such as HR administration, finance administration, facilities, or supplier management
- Experience supporting day-to-day HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination
- Experience handling financial administration such as purchase orders, invoicing, and expenses
- Experience liaising with external suppliers or service providers
