Job Description
Clinical & Community Outreach Coordinator responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and partner organizations to drive new patient referrals and educate about BCDI's hemophilia treatment center model.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with a proactive approach to outreach
- Ability to travel locally/regionally as needed
- Experience with CRM or referral tracking tools a plus
- Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outside regular business hours as required by outreach activities/events
