Blend is seeking a Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to design and implement technical solutions using Pega Decisioning Consultant expertise.
Requirements
- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)
- Well versed with CDH and NBAD framework
- Strong understanding of Pega Decisioning and business processes
- Experience with outbound schedules and volume constraints
- Good understanding of CIC using CPD
- Knowledge of Customer interaction history, Journeys and channels
- Ability to design, implement and deploy business processes and strategies
