Regional Sales Manager - LATAM

Blentech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for its LATAM region to develop and manage regional partners, drive pipeline creation and revenue, and expand relationships with key customers. The role requires a blend of business development, dedicated partner management, and strategic selling to create long-term, scalable growth across the region.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B field sales of industrial capital equipment within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Latin American markets
• Background in business development, sales, or channel management
• Demonstrated excellence in negotiating and closing sales for complex, high-value systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate across cultures and navigate diverse business environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Business
• Experience using CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales pipelines
• Knowledge of international legal and contractual processes
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required; Portuguese preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically and internationally
• Food processing industry experience is highly preferred
