Job Description
B.L. Harbert International is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR process and maintain confidential records, perform data entry, and assist with payroll and HR reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
