Job Description
Blink UX is seeking a Sr. Mixed Methods UX Researcher to join their Embedded practice, supporting a financial services client. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UX research experience and a strong background in human behavior-related fields. They will lead research projects from start to finish, conduct user research, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior-related field
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience working with large data sets and basic statistics
- Strong communication skills and ability to appeal to a wide audience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
