Head of Design

We are looking for a visionary Head of Design to lead our design team and drive innovation across our product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
• Expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Ability to analyze user research and usability testing data to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as responsive design.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment.
