Affiliate Manager (Crypto Casino & Sportsbook)

We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate partners that drive high-quality players for Blitzed, a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience in affiliate management or performance partnerships (iGaming/crypto/fintech/e-commerce)
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with rev share/CPA/hybrid models
• Solid understanding of attribution basics (postbacks, UTMs, tracking links, promo codes)
• Highly organised: CRM hygiene, follow-ups, partner notes, and pipeline discipline
• Data-driven mindset: can spot trends and make decisions from performance data
