Job Description
BLN24 is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead strategic learning and adoption initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who can interpret stakeholder and user feedback, connect the dots between business needs and behavioral insights, and proactively identify and create user-centered learning and change resources that drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
- 4 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, and/or change management, including enterprise-level initiatives
- Prior FEMA experience required, including direct support on FEMA programs, projects, or training initiatives
- US. Citizenship Required
